Making payments
Payments can be made in full at the time of booking or a deposit of 20% can be made upfront to insure your booking can be reserved. Full collection of the amount outstanding should be made 48 hours before time of event.
Making refunds/cancelations
Cancelations can be made anywhere upto 24 hours before the time of event for a full refund. After which time, IF YOU cancel and an alternative date CANNOT be found, YOU will forfiet your DEPOSIT and the remainder of your payment will be refunded. IF I cancel, YOU will recieve FULL refund.
